Since 1999 PRO-DUO developed itself as a professional cash & carry for hairdressing and beauty salons. PRO-DUO became one of the fastest growing companies within its branch. With 40 sales outlets (27 in Belgium and 13 in France) there is always a shop nearby ,offering a selection of products and services against competitive prices. Every PRO-DUO outlet carries a stock of more than 5000 articles, offering its customers the best in professional hair, body and nail products. Each outlet has a separate department for hairdressers and beauticians selling top brands and private labels. Beside the well-known market leaders PRO-DUO is also the distributor for the main brands.

Furthermore PRO-DUO develops its private labels in different categories for hair products as well as beauty products. Due to the quality of its private label products and the large purchasing quantities one can buy quality products at an advantageous price.

The history of PRO-DUO

In 1999, Peter Van Speybroeck the actual CEO of PRO-DUO, started the first cash & carry . Soon after a second and third sales outlet opened. From then on it all went very fast and one outlet after the other opened. Also a few existing wholesalers outlets were taken over by the company and were completely restyled to the PRO-DUO concept. The expansion of PRO-DUO activities went hand in hand with the increase of personnel, brands, services, etc.

A further expansion abroad was inevitable and a first shop opened in France. Today there are 27 retail outlets (4 franchises) in Belgium and 13 in France. Peter Van Speybroeck is still managing the company, assisted by Pierre Catteeuw C.F.O.   PRO-DUO employs over 150 people ready to serve you with a smile everyday.

The future of PRO-DUO

PRO-DUO's future looks bright. New outlets are planned to open, especially in France. In the meanwhile 4 franchise shops have opened their doors and this number will considerably grow in the future. Due to a strong foundation, PRO-DUO is constantly developing its business and is slowly looking for new opportunities abroad .
